Financial Stability
Due to the long-term efforts of The Overlook's on-site management team and its Boards of Directors, Overlook homeowners enjoy a well-managed, financially sound operation, as attested by the following letter from the external auditor.
Overlook property improvements, such as streets and roof replacements, are budgeted and planned without special assessments. Water, trash service, snow removal, and lawn service are covered by the yearly dues.
