The Overlook is located on Indianapolis' north side, on the south side of 86th Street, just a mile west of Meridian Street. This convenient location provides quick and easy access to I-465, downtown and communities to the north.

 

Additionally, Overlook residents are within walking distance of a variety of restaurants to please any palate, shops, pharmacies, dry cleaners, supermarkets, banks, barber shops and hair salons, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, and even craft supplies. Keystone at the Crossing and Clay Terrace shops and restaurants are only minutes away by car.

 

 

Of course, the easy living of the condo lifestyle includes a variety of activities to keep both body and mind in shape.

 

 

Residents enjoy year-round tennis and pickleball on our newly renovated indoor courts with one regulation doubles tennis court which alternatively can be used as two regulation pickleball courts.

 

During summer, the heated outdoor swimming pool is a popular gathering place for sunning, swimming, pool volleyball, and water aerobics.

 

The Overlook fitness center is equipped with professional equipment and is adjacent to the well-appointed showers and locker rooms for both men and women.

 

In 2024-25, our residents created a walking trail loop in the lower 12 acres of woods near the Alverna and Williams Creeks to encourage residents to get outdoors and enjoy nature. One resident has created small signs to mark our native wildflowers and spring ephemerals.

 

 

The Overlook residents enjoy socializing through the book clubs, at the on-site library, and at card games and monthly social gatherings at the clubhouse. The clubhouse features a fireplace, large screen TV, arrangeable seating areas, and a catering kitchen. Residents can utilize the clubhouse to conveniently host small parties, family gatherings, and club meetings.

The Overlook Homeowners Association employs a Property Manager and an Assistant Property Manager, both of whom are trusted, long-term employees. An Office Manager is on-site for Association administrative responsibilities. Few other condominium properties offer such personal service.
